Downtown Orlando, also known as the Central Business District, is home to several theaters, galleries and museums. This neighborhood is actually one of four components of the planned communities in downtown Orlando, and has its own flavor, character and charm in the midst of the buzzing city environment. Many Central Business District apartment homes are located inside high-rise complexes and historic buildings, and are within walking distance to the retail centers and offices located in downtown Orlando.
